O Boy ...thats how I am so good at driving ..Drive in India and you'll drive terrific anywhere else in the world ..THE DMV in US should send all major driving violators to India for a training program ..that will WORK !
Outsourcing training programmes for driving violators. Hmm...
What makes good driving? Is is defining a set of rules and following it, so that you reach the destination as fast as you can, without colliding into anybody.
The rules are different in the US, so they find it strange. When you move from here to there, it is again a problem since you're learned different rules to begin with.
So I doubt if that makes us better drivers, it definitely makes one a safer driver after having driven in India.
Much of the world wide web is full of sarcasm & mocking of driving on Indian roads. This blog: http://driving-india.blogspot.com/ has been created with the purpose of providing driver education and training rather than criticism. The driver education is to be provided by way of a series of short videos focusing on concepts and principles most Indian drivers are unaware about. The goal is to move beyond the traditional clutch-accelerator training provided by the otherwise friendly neighbourhood driving instructor
